For a breakdown of what these minerals, vitamins, and essential fatty acids are you can download Essential Nutrients.  The Youngevity® Majestic Earth® products all offer the Minerals and Amino Acids. Some also have the Vitamins such as the Ultimate Classic™.  To get the Essential Fatty Acids you would need our E.F.A. products.  By combining the two products you get the full 90 essentials needed, keep in mind that some of the products do not have all the Vitamins in them.  For a list of the minerals in the Majestic Earth® products you can download Analysis.
